Q. Do you provide language translation for health insurance information? 

Language Assistance

We are committed to establishing clear communication between members of our staff and SHIP members or others with questions about health insurance. Though we are unable to provide print materials in languages other than English, we have a telephone translation service with over 170 languages offered to assist you during your visit.

Please let us know in advance if you (or a member of your family) would benefit from this service. We will be happy to make arrangements to use it during an appointment in our office. A speaker phone will be used during the appointment to facilitate communication.
