SHIP Letter of Insurance Coverage
Students traveling abroad or participating in special programs may be asked to provide proof of health insurance.
SHIP/Aetna Letters of Insurance Coverage are created by Aetna Student Health, not by the Office of Student Health Insurance.
Although requests for letters may be made at the Office of Student Health Insurance, you should allow 24–48 hours for Aetna to deliver a letter to your Cornell netid.
